Career

1994 Graduated from department of precision engineering, school of engineering, University of Tokyo.
1994 Graduated from graduate school of engineering, University of Tokyo. (Master’s degree)
2001 Graduated from graduate school of engineering, University of Tokyo (Doctoral degree in engineering)

After becoming an assistant professor at Graduate school of information science, Nara Institute of Science and Technology in 1999, Mr. Kurakawa is currently an associate professor by special appointment in Research and Development Center for Scientific information Resources, National Institute of Informatics. His focus is on informatics and design. He has been doing research on and developing content service in the field of academic information system, searching for essential information service for academic communities.
